ELASTOMERS

Polyurethane
We use TDI ether based polyurethane in mainly two shore hardness 90 and 95 shore. There are however other products and shore hardness available.
Polyurethane elastomers are characterized by extraordinary high tensile strength, good tear resistance and additionally are resistant to weathering and to ozone.
Temperature rating – 65 to 90 degrees Celsius

Nitrile Rubber (NBR)
Materials based on these synthetic rubbers are suitable for many areas of application by virtue of there good physical properties. Hydraulic, Pneumatic seals and above all o’rings are made from NBR.
Temperature rating -30 to +100 degrees Celsius.

Fluorocarbon (fkm) (VITON)
The special importance of materials based on this product is there resistance to high temperatures and there chemical stability.
Temperature rating -25 to +200 degrees Celsius.

Silicone Rubber
Mainly used for chemical resistance, heat and food industry.
Temperature rating -60 to +200 degrees Celsius

Ethylene-propylene-diene rubber(EPDM)
Mainly used for break fluid and steam applications.
Temperature rating -50 to +10 degrees Celsius.
