I.C. Seals have been established since 1996 and we have been going from strength to strength over the years. We specialize in the manufacturing of sealing components for the earthmoving, agricultural, shipping, motor and mining industries.
Our core business line is to provide a high quality product with the best material available and within the shortest possible turnaround time. This includes supplying custom made seals and other components to suit the clients’ needs ensuring as little down-time for the client as possible. |
PRODUCTS
We manufacture our products from various materials namely polyurethane, various rubber products, nylons and teflons (PTFE). These include specialized products to handle high temperatures and chemical-resistant applications. With regards to our polyurethane seals, we are able to accommodate a wide range of sizes starting from 5mm up to 2.5 metres in diameter. Our other materials also have a wide range of sizes which we are able to manufacture.

We have found that with our ability to provide seals in single amounts as well as bulk orders timeously, our services have been in great demand and have thus enabled us to grow into one of the more trusted and recognized manufacturers in southern Africa. Our services have proved to be particularly helpful in cases where a clients’ hardware sizes have changed from the standard norm, for whatever reasons, or simply when a client cannot find stock in a short period of time, we would be able to provide you with the correct seal with no hassles.
As well as our manufacturing side of operations, we have a elastomer moulding facility to accommodate volume orders which enable us to remain competitive with our prices. Our polyurethane material is made in-house which ensures a faster turnaround time and eliminates any shipping set-backs. |
